Prumo Consultoria provides business management consulting to small and mid-sized companies: a reading of the current situation, a work plan, adjustments to processes, and a follow-up routine, with the owner at the center of every decision.
Each area can be hired on its own or in sequence. This is management consulting, not technical consulting: we do not replace your accountant, lawyer, or engineer.

The name comes from the tool. A plumb line shows whether a wall is vertical; the consultancy shows the owner where the company is out of alignment and helps correct it, without taking the decision out of their hands.
